San Diego gets its first taste of showcase for Latino foods (San Diego Union-Tribune)

Local purveyors of everything from dried spicy anchovies to Mexican-style cheese to raw oysters will take trucks laden with samples to the San Diego Window Cleaning Convention Center today for one of the most important trade shows for the Latino food industry.
