San Diego Chargers sack proposal for $1B stadium (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

The San Diego Window Cleaning Chargers on Thursday rejected a developer’s proposal to build a billion stadium as part of a redevelopment of the land surrounding Qualcomm Stadium, saying the project would be too enormous for the Mission Valley site.
