Learning Management System: Simply Better

I was a little hesitant at first trying out online training and then switching over. I am not the most tech savvy person and so I was afraid that either the system would have a glitch in it that I wouldn’t be able to figure out which would hinder mass training of our employees, or that other technology illiterate person would not be able to figure out the system and then miss out on some imperative training. However, I tried it out and migrated all of our training over to organizational training. Instead of making my life more complicated, it simplified it by allowing me to create and customize my own material and update it whenever I want.
